With a background in the British Army's elite Parachute Regiment and over a decade of service, I bring military precision, discipline, and dedication to my work as a professional dog trainer. During the final two years of my 12-year military career, I retrained as a Military Working Dog Handler (Class 2), where I developed advanced skills in canine behaviour, control, and security operations.
Since transitioning into the civilian sector, I've committed myself fully to further education and specialist training. I'm currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Canine Training and Behaviour Management and have completed multiple advanced qualifications, including:
I take a deeply ethical and structured approach to training, built on trust, clarity, and communication between handler and dog. My core areas of focus include protection dog training, behavioural modification, and working dog development.
If a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right. That principle has guided both my military service and my work with dogs. I believe that every dog, whether a family companion or a working animal, deserves purposeful, well-structured training tailored to their instincts and needs.
Outside of client work, I spend time training, walking, and bonding with my own three dogs -- a Rottweiler, a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog, and a Border Collie. I also design and build custom agility and fitness equipment to support their mental and physical development. I regularly study advanced canine behaviour topics and continuously refine my methods through both academic learning and hands-on application.
Whether you're seeking help with obedience, aggression, personal protection, or complex behavioural needs -- I offer trusted, experienced support to help you and your dog succeed.
